My Hevelius, It’s Full of Stars
Last year was celebrated as the year of Johannes Hevelius, an astronomer, beer brewer and city official. But mostly an astronomer, or we wouldn’t be celebrating him at all. We did a few projects connected with the anniversary and though today’s didn’t go anywhere in the end, we like the results nonetheless. Hevelius’ portrait was simplified into a logo.
This is Hevelius.
And this is a logo. You knew that.
He’s seeing stars.
One more (he was, against the appearances, not a musketeer).
A pity this project didn’t go further because who wouldn’t want Hevelius on a t-shirt. We would.
